The newly-formed School of Society and Culture is looking for an exceptional individual to deliver teaching in Anthropology and Criminology. You will join a friendly and supportive team, and will work in a multidisciplinary environment that combines Anthropology, Criminology and Sociology and provides many opportunities to develop innovate teaching and research across disciplinary boundaries.

The role involves designing and delivering exciting courses in our world-class BA (Hons) Anthropology and BA (Hons) Criminology programmes and postgraduate taught and research programmes. You will additionally participate in student assessment, and will contribute to the School’s research profile through academic publication, grant income generation, and professional outreach.
You will have a PhD in Anthropology or Criminology, and proven experience of teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. We welcome applications from exceptional scholars whose research and teaching interests complement and expand the School of Society and Culture’s.
