About the role

In this role you will support the pioneering research and knowledge exchange activities of the Centre for Hate Studies (CHS), based within the School of Criminology. The CHS has a strong track record of securing research income, working in partnership with professional bodies and sustaining impact. You will help to sustain that track record and will identify new opportunities for collaborative, interdisciplinary initiatives which feed into the ambitions of a world leading research centre.

About you

With a PhD in a relevant discipline, you will have experience of conducting sensitive research with hard to reach communities. You will have expertise within the field of hate of studies and experience of working on externally funded projects.

As a self-starter with a passion for the subject matter, you will have the ability to produce high-quality research reports, blogs and press releases. You will have excellent writing, editing and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally with diverse audiences.
