EUROCRIM 2023: Important Update:

The ESC has received an unprecedented number of abstract submissions for this year's conference. This success requires some adjustments to our typical conference schedule for 2023. Please take note of the following:

1. Extended Abstract Review and Early Bird Registration Periods: due to the remarkable volume of submissions, the abstract review process is taking slightly longer than anticipated, and will now conclude on Sunday, 21 May. If you do not receive a notification from us by Monday, 22 May, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at abstract@eurocrim2023.com.

In order to maintain the standard period between the acceptance notification and the early bird deadline, we are extending the latter to 15 June. Please note, due to logistical constraints, we will be unable to offer further extensions beyond this date.

2. Revised Conference Schedule: to facilitate the increased number of panel presentations, we have added two regular panel slots on the afternoon of Wednesday, 6 September, commencing at 16:00. The opening ceremony will take place after these two panel slots. 

Presenting authors are asked to plan their arrival with this new schedule in mind. We appreciate your understanding that, especially in light of the high volume of submissions this year, the ESC will not be able to accommodate special scheduling or rescheduling requests.
